The Clay County Board of County Commissioners (County) is requesting bids from licensed General Contractors for the Rosemary Hill Solid Waste Management Facility Material Recovery Facility repairs located at 3545 Rosemary Hill Road in Green Cove Springs, FL 32043. This project includes but is not limited to, select demolition, installation of new push walls, replacement of existing roof deck and structure, replacement of existing gutters and down drains, and replacement existing light fixtures. The Bid Bond is required to be uploaded within the Supplier Questionnaire. If submitting a Cashier or Certified Check The Board reserves the right and power to reject any and all Bids without cause and to waive technical and non-technical or non-material defects in the Request for Bids or submittal of any Bid, and in its discretion to re-advertise the Request for Bids.
