Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Green Cove Springs, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; and for paving for a residential development.
Clay County Board of County Commissioners is seeking a qualified Florida licensed contractor to perform demolition services at 479 Houston St., Green Cove Springs, FL. The work will consist of demolishing the existing buildings and returning the site to match the existing parking lot.
