Renovation of an educational facility in Mount Vernon, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Regional Office of Education #13 will be accepting sealed bids for the replacement of five HVAC units at the Alternative Learning Center, Building B, Located at 2300 Benton Road in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. Bids must include all machinery, parts and labor for five, 95% efficiency/ seer 14 natural gas hvac units (Lennox, Carrier, or Ruud) with new line sets and necessary sheet metal work to install to existing ductwork. Units must come with a full factory warranty with the contractor completing any necessary registration on behalf of the Regional Office of Education. It is expected that the lowest responsible bidder will be named at this time. The ROE reserves the right to reject all bids. In consideration of bidding, all contractors must provide certified wages, proof of insurance, and must submit to necessary background checks if work is to be done while students are in session. All work must be completed by August 15, 2025.
