The intent of this Pre-Solicitation synopsis is to notify potential offerors of the upcoming solicitation for a contract at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune (MCBCL), Marine Corps Air Station-New River, and surrounding areas of Jacksonville, North Carolina. A sources sought notice was posted on 02 December 2024 under solicitation N40085-24-B-2500 to determine availability and capability of businesses to perform the requirement. Based on the market research results, the procurement will be solicited as a set-aside for certified Small Businesses with current relevant qualifications, experience, personnel, and capabilities to perform the proposed requirement. NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic's Office of Small Business Programs concurs with the determination to solicit to all Small Business types. The work includes to providing all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, facilities, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide demolition. The contractor shall be certified with the proper federal, state, and local Environmental Protection Agency credential to remove and transport hazardous materials. The contractor shall provide certification requirements to the Government at the pre-ward conference prior to the start of the work. The procurement method to be utilized is FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding. The proposed contract listed here is solicited to all Small Business types and is therefore subject to Federal Acquisition Regulation clause 52.219-1. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238910 and the annual size standard is $16,500,000.00. This is a new procurement. It does not replace an existing contract.
