Renovation of a mixed-use development in Keams Canyon, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

RFQ IHS1503266 After a recent service visit from a third-party service company, the technician diagnosed the Daikin Chiller with several issues. Most notable, chiller circuits 1 and 2 was identified with four (4) leaks; circuit 1 has a leak on two valves, circuit 2 has a coil leak on the inside corner where the copper piping transitions into the aluminum coil, and a small leak on a schrader core/valve. The Scope of Work shall include the following repairs: o Isolate and de-energize the existing Daikin Chilled. o Recover all remaining refrigerant from both circuits. o Remove and replace the failed king valve and associated filter dryers. o Remove and replace the filter drier shells. o Remove and replace the valve solenoid coils o Remove and replace the 200psi relief valves. o Remove and replace the filter dryers and core. o Remove and replace the valve angle charge/purge ports. o Remove and replace the gasket felt kit. o Remove and replace the refrigeration valve caps. o Field repair the existing coil, including an ultrasonic test. Pressurize the system and perform a nitrogen test and check for leaks. o Pressurize and change both circuits with new R134a Refrigerant. o Perform a Nitrogen Test and check for leaks. o Change both circuits back up, provide up to 4001bs of new R134a Refrigerant. o Perform startup and monitor for proper operations. The project is located at the Hopi Health Care Center on Hwy 264, MP 388 on the Hopi Reservation. HHCC is undergoing renovation and expansion of Emergency Department, Out-Patient Department, Pharmacy and Chiller system upgrades.
