A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The work involved includes the following: SCHEDULE I CONSTRUCT PERIMETER FENCE AND GATES Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond executed by a Surety Company in an amount not less than ten (10) percent of the total bid made payable to The Hopi Tribe. The Bidder must supply all the information required by the proposal forms and specifications and he/she must bid on all items of every schedule. The Hopi Tribe reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject any or all portions of, the various bid items No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of one-hundred twenty (120) days from the opening thereof. The proposed contract is under and subject to Executive Order 11246 of September 1965, as amended and to the equal opportunity clause and the Standard Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Construction Contract Specifications, including the goals and timetables for minority and female participation. The proposed contract is subject to the provisions of Department of Transportation Regulations 49 CFR Part 26 (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Participation). Minimum wage rates as established by the Secretary of Labor are applicable to all schedules awarded for this project. Goals for Minority participation for each trade 19.6%.
