Proposals will be received by the Board of Trustees of the Bloomington and Normal Water Reclamation District for: UNDERGROUND UTILITY LOCATING SERVICES Work consists of the following major elements: 1) Receiving locate requests from the Illinois JULIE One-Call System. 2) Managing the entire locating process. 3) Furnish all labor, supervision, tools, material, equipment and transportation necessary to complete the work. 4) Photographing the markings for each locate ticket. 5) Recording, dispatching, reporting, monitoring and closing out of the locate tickets.. The Contract Documents, consisting of Request for Proposals, Instructions to Bidders, Proposal, Contract, Payment Bond, Performance Bond, General Conditions, Detailed Specification Requirements, Notice of Award, Notice to Proceed, Change Order, Service Map and Addenda are on file at the Water Reclamation District office. The provisions of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act apply to this work. A pre-bid meeting will not be held for this project. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to waive technicalities, to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid which it deems most favorable to the District.
