Site work for a water / sewer project in Wauconda, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Construction of the Elevated Tower 4 Rehabilitation Project in accordance with the Drawings, Specifications and Contract Documents prepared by HMG Engineers, Inc. The work for which proposals are invited consists of a full exterior overcoat, dry interior spot blast and paint, and full wet interior blast and paint on a 500,000-gallon elevated tank. Each proposal must be submitted on the proper forms contained in the Contract Documents and shall be accompanied by a certified check, cash or bid bond, or an acceptable form of Proposal Guaranty in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the Proposal, payable to the Order of the Village of Wauconda. Question Deadline 12/31/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
