Scheduled preventive maintenance will consist of field inspections, testing, deenergizing/isolating power, cleaning and minor corrective actions to equipment to facilitate the completion of the preventative maintenance of the Medium-Voltage Switchgear Main, Vacuum Circuit Breakers, wiring, related equipment and components at the Water Reclamation Center, 2455 Mette Road, Wentzville, MO 63385. Preventive Maintenance will be performed during Normal Operating Hours MF 7am-3:30pm. The City of Wentzville is requesting bids from qualified bidders for preventive maintenance on twelve (12) Medium Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breakers Stations at the Water Reclamation Center and Lift Stations, as well as on-call service and repair. January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025, with the City reserving the option to renew for three additional consecutive one-year periods Question Deadline 12/30/2024 at 10:00 AM CT Any questions must be submitted through electronically. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or portions thereof, to waive technicalities or deficiencies in any or all the bids. The City of Wentzville reserves the right to cancel this IFB in part or in its entirety. This IFB does not commit the City of Wentzville to award a contract or to pay any costs to bidders in preparation of their bid.
