The guardrail requiring replacement, in order to meet updated guardrail specifications, span across the following locations: northbound and southbound World Drive corridor, east and westbound Epcot Center Drive and as well as east and westbound Osceola Parkway. NOTE: The guardrail shall be bid as separate bid alternates with cost broken out for each run as described in Division 1 Specification Section 1100, as well as noted in the bid form and Table 1. Existing guardrail shall be removed, miscellaneous asphalt pad removed and new asphalt replaced and rolled in prior to new guardrail installation. All removed guardrail runs shall be replaced within the same shift, or will otherwise need barrier wall installed to protect existing conditions (to be designed and submit as part of the Contractor's TTC Plan). Embankments adjacent to all guardrail pads shall be graded to meet required slopes. Fill dirt may be required as needed.
