Renovation of a multi-residential development in Tulalip, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

The project includes, but is not limited to the following: general, civil, plumbing, mechanical, electrical construction. Each proposal must be submitted on the prescribed forms and accompanied by a cashiers check, certified check or bid bond executed on the prescribed form, payable to Tulalip Tribes of Washington in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of bid. This work includes but is not limited to the furnishing, delivering, installing, testing and placing into successful operation the work specified herein and shown on the drawings. Electrical drawings do not show complete details of building construction, and this Contractor shall refer to architectural plans for details and furnish equipment and labor to provide a complete and operating system. Work shall include, but is not limited to: 1. Underground 120/240V, single phase service including underground conduit system for primary feeders to transformers and secondary feeders to meter centers. 2. Any vaults as required by the Local Utility Company. 3. Secondary feeders from transformers to meter centers 4. Trenching, mandrel proofing, and backfilling as required by the Local Utility Company. 5. Coordination with the Local Utility Company for transformer locations and primary routing. 6. Meter Centers with exterior metering and circuits breakers to meet the requirements of serving Utility Company. 7. Branch circuit and power circuit conduits and wiring, including outlets, service connections, switches, connections to mechanical equipment, etc. 8. Telephone system, including conduit and wiring from telephone pedestal to main telephone cabinet for each apartment building. Provide media cabinet in each tenant apartment wired from main apartment building cabinet. 9. TV System including boxes, outlets, wiring and raceway. 10. Smoke and CO detectors in units. 11. Provide manual transfer switch and generator hook-up plug in base bid for all units. All Work in this Contract shall be substantially complete within 365 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Extensions may be granted due to conditions beyond the control of the Contractor or his Subcontractors. Validity of such conditions shall be determined solely by the Architect. The Owner intends to issue A Notice to Proceed (NTP) with construction on or about April 1, 2025.)
