Renovation of a municipal facility in Tulalip, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 13,900-square-foot municipal facility.
The Tulalip Tribes are seeking qualified contractors to submit Statements of Qualifications for the removal and replacement of roofing systems on four (4) buildings located in Tulalip, Washington. This project will be 100% performed by the sole contractor. This project will involve complete roof tear-off and disposal, inspection and potential repair of underlying structural materials, and the replacement of fascia, soffits, gutters, and installation of new roofing systems as specified by the project coordinator.
