Renovation of a municipal facility in Philipsburg, Montana. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Granite County Commissioners will receive sealed bids from qualified General Contractors for the Granite County Courthouse Re-Roof as specified in the Contract Documents. This project is a re-roof of the entire membrane roofing system of the Courthouse, including removal of existing membrane roofing, and removal of compromised insulation and roof sheathing as required to provide a dry and leak-free substrate for the new roof system. This work is to include all tools, equipment, materials and labor to complete this project. Contract Documents. Bid Bond, Montana 1% Gross Receipts Tax, State of Montana Prevailing Wage Rates and Montana Department of Labor and Industry Contractor Registration requirements apply to this project.
