The State of Montana Natural Resource Damage Program (NRDP), is conducting a limited solicitation for a cultural resource inventory. The draft Contract, found under Buyer Attachments, contains a Scope of Work with a detailed description of the project. All responses must comply with the instructions and procedures contained herein. NRDP seeks a Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, and materials to execute the cultural resource inventory and report for the Racetrack Lake Dam Improvements Project located in Granite County, Montana. Field survey shall be completed before October 24, 2025, and draft final report submitted by November 21, 2025. A final report shall be submitted by or before December 31, 2025. Additional detail is included within the draft Contract and Scope of Work. Within the eMACS bid items, submit one lump sum price for the work described in the Scope of Work. Price must include all labor, supplies, and incidentals. Contractor must have at least 5 years of experience providing similar services. Contractor must list the number of years providing similar services in the Information Required of Bidders to be determined responsible. Responses to this limited solicitation will be evaluated by the project cost. The lowest bid from the responsive and responsible bidders received will be selected. The Contractor will be required to enter into an agreement substantially similar to the draft Contract.
