Contract 04 - Electrical The Project schedule anticipates an approximate start date of February 1, 2025 and shall be Substantially Completed by May 28, 2025 for Owner Occupancy and completed and ready for final payment by June 27, 2025. The Contractor(s)' surety, if any, shall be assessed liquidated damages for late completion. Bidders shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time.
