The work includes, but is not limited to: Renovations including miscellaneous interior removals, office fit-out, restroom fixture replacement, window and door replacement. 4. Contract 04 - Electrical The Project schedule anticipates an approximate start date of February 19, 2025 and shall be Substantially Completed by May 28, 2025 for Owner Occupancy and completed and ready for final payment by June 27, 2025. The Contractor(s)' surety, if any, shall be assessed liquidated damages for late completion. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
