Backman Way. The purpose pf this project is to safely and efficiently demolish the specified structure, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and minimizing disruption to the surrounding area. Payment will not be made until the City Administrator inspects and approves work. The City of Sparta reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. SCOPE OF WORK The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to: Demolition: Debris Removal: Safety and Compliance: CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS Interested contractors must meet the following requirements: Haul away and dispose of all demolition debris, including non-hazardous and hazardous materials, in compliance with waste management regulations. Provide weigh tickets and disposal manifests for all debris removed from the site. All work will comply with applicable regulatory requirements, including but not limited to OSHA standards for worker safety, and local building codes. Permits for demolition will be obtained and displayed as required. Perform complete demolition of the building, including removal of all structural components, foundations, and utility disconnections as required. All Utilities have been turned off prior to proposal request. licensed to perform demolition work in Tennessee and insured.
