Introduction and Purpose The State of Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is requesting bids by use of Request for Bid (RFB) for the rental of disposal containers and regular pickup and hauling services of solid waste and recycling. The DNR maintains over 150 sites across the State of Wisconsin, and resulting contract from this RFB process will be available for use for all DNR facilities across the State. Interested parties will find details and additional instructions on how to submit their bid within the content of these documents. A Glossary of Definitions is provided at the end of this document. 12/18/2024 10:00AM Central Time Questions Due. Background and Goal The DNR has previously been utilizing other available contracts for similar services, though these contracts haven't always been usable for many of our facilities. We are intending to establish our own contracts by use of this RFB. The contracts intended to establish a standardized pricing option for our facilities by contractor, by county.
