The Project is located at Eleventh Street between Corral Hollow Road and North MacArthur Drive. Work includes: Installation of Adaptive Traffic Signal System including installation of fiber optic signal interconnect wiring, upgradation of signal controller equipment as needed, installation of appropriate traffic control software and adaptive module, conduit installation as needed, pull box replacement and installation, excavation up to 3' deep to replace existing sidewalk due to conduit and pull box installation, in roadway trenching between 1.5-2' deep. Contract time to be One-hundred and twenty (120) calendar days. Contractor shall possess a valid Class A, General Engineering Contractor license prior to award of Contract or other license qualifying the bidder to bid as a prime Contractor, prior to award of Contract as approved by Council. DIR Registration. Contractor must submit proof of DIR Registration with Bid Proposal. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds, each for 100% of the maximum Contract Price, and a warranty bond for 10% of the maximum Contract Price. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal is 42%.
