Renovation of an educational facility in Tracy, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Project consists of: a. Stein High School Re-Roofing Project, Contract No.2425-03 1. Building's A, J, & I per the aOached site map: 2. Includes removal and disposal of existing roofing system(s), insulaIon board, gubers, downspouts, flashings, etc. for a complete prepared roof surface. 3. Include one hundred (100) square feet of decking replacement included in the base bid price. A per square foot price will be inserted into the bid form for anything needed and approved by the district over 100 square feet. Photos are required of all dryrot replacement with billing for anything over 100 square feet. Install one layer of rosin paper over the enIre wood roof deck at the low slope roof section only. 4. Raise all roof curbs to a minimum of 8" above the finished roof height. 5. Install one layer of 1.5" Polyiso Insulation Board and Tapered Polyiso Insulation Crickets, loose laid over one layer of Red Rosin Paper. 6. Install one layer of 1/2 " Woodfiber insulation board with screws and plates, 16 per 4'x 8' sheet. 7. Install one layer of Flexbase 80 in Greenlock Adhesive at all horizontal and vertical surfaces up to 24" in height. All verIcal walls over 24" in height will require one layer of 1/4" dens deck prime installed over the wall surface and one layer of KEE Stone NF 60 membrane in low VOC bonding adhesive. 8. Install KEE Stone FB 60 mil membrane adhered at all horizontal surfaces per manufactures details. 9. Install KEE Stone NF 60 mil membrane adhered at all verIcal surfaces per manufacturers details. 10. Install new KEE prefabricated boots at all pipe penetrations. 11. Install new vents at all locations and incorporate into the roof system per manufacturers details. Includes all fiberglass vent hoods, remove and replace with custom sheet metal curb cap style sheet metal vents. 12. Install new equipment support blocking with a 24 gauge sheet metal pan at the fixed pipe support locations. 13. Install new C-Port rubber blocks at all condensate, electrical, etc. for support blocking spaced no further than 10' apart or as needed for proper support of the line(s). 14. Install KEE walkway pad from the ladder access or roof hatch to and around all HVAC units and under all support blocking. 15. Install new 24 gauge galvanized sheet metal skirt flashing at all HVAC and roof curbs. 16. Clean all gubers at the all metal roof areas (roof area J & K standing seam metal roofing). Use a wire wheel and clean all guber laps of all debris and existing sealant. Install new Tuff Stuff Urethane Sealant at all guber laps, expansion joints, end caps, downspout drops. 17. Install new 24 gauge pre-finished coping metal with 22 gauge cleat. Fasten on the interior leg at 24" on center. 18. Install new 24 gauge pre-finished guber and downspouts at all existing locations, profile to be submitted prior to application for approval by the owner. Install screens at all downspout drops. 19. Install new 24 gauge pre-finished fascia cover at all locations on building A only. 20. Install new dimensional composiIon shingles over R-Mer Seal Self Adhering Underlayment at all exisIng locaIons. Install all new sheet metal flashings and pre-finished gubers & downspouts. 21. Building's B, C, D, E, F, G, H, J, & K per the aOached site map: 22. Includes a complete pressure washing of all roof areas, remove and dispose of all debris per manufacturers specificaIons and installaIon guidelines for restoraIon over metal roof surfaces. 23. Install Uni-Bond Self Adhering Tape over all expansion joints and coping caps. Seal all penetraIons through the metal roof surface. 24. Install the Garland Liquitec Metal Roof RestoraIon System per manufacturers specificaIons and installaIon guidelines. Project Location: Stein High School 650 W. 10th St. Tracy, CA 95376 To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California contractors' license(s): C-39 The Bidder's license(s) must remain ac/ve and in good standing throughout the term of the Contract. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to be registered as a public works contractor with the Department of Industrial Rela/ons pursuant to the Labor Code.
