The City of Tracy will accept Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide Airport Engineering Services. Federal and State agencies require that projects comply with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and California (Cal-Trans) Aeronautics Airport Improvement Program Procedures and adhere to all laws and regulations pertaining to Federal, State, and local regulations pertaining there to. The term of the contract will be for five (5) years. Qualified firms shall be appropriately licensed in California, in good standing, and have experience in airport architectural, engineering, and planning services. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Statement of Qualifications, and to waive any irregularity, technical defect, or clerical error in any submittal. This SOQ is not an offer to contract. The accepted submittal will become part of the contract agreement for furnishing the services. The proposal should be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the consultant's name and address. The phrase, "STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS FOR AIRPORT ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES. DO NOT OPEN WITH REGULAR MAIL" should be marked on the sealed envelope.
