The project is expected to be awarded on February 18,2025.** The work per the contract documents, dated December 16, 2024, and any addenda thereto, involves the construction of new roadways and utilities on vacant land including 5,800 feet of sanitary sewer mains, 6,800 feet of roadways, concrete curbing and sidewalks, asphalt pathway, storm sewer (conduits, box culverts, detention basins), street lighting, new traffic signal installation, underground electric/communication conduit system, extensive landscaping, and other appurtenant work. The Q&A period for this opportunity ends: 11:00 a.m. (local time) on Monday, January 13, 2025. All bids must be accompanied by a BID GUARANTY. The recommended form of BID GUARANTY is a BID GUARANTY and CONTRACT Bond in the full amount of the bid, including all add alternates, as prescribed by Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. Other acceptable forms of BID GUARANTY include a bid bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid plus all add alternates. Bid security issued in bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety.
