Request for Proposals for a consultant to provide comprehensive professional services for the Alkyre Run Wetland and Floodplain Restoration Project. The selected consultant will be responsible for refining the conceptual design, conducting detailed site assessments, developing engineering plans and specifications, securing all necessary permits, assisting with construction contractor selection, providing construction oversight, and managing project reporting requirements. This project aims to enhance the ecological function and resilience of the Alkyre Run Wetland, improve water quality, and reduce the risk of downstream flooding.. SCOPE OF WORK The RFP respondent that is awarded a contract on the merits of their oer (hereinafter Successful Oeror,Consultant, or Contractor) shall be responsible for collaborating with the City's Parks and Recreation Department, other key stakeholders, and the future construction contractor to ensure that the Alkyre Run Wetland and Floodplain Restoration Project meets the goals stated in this RFP and complies with all relevant regulations.
