Scope of Work Cost Estimate: $5,154,108.00 (excluding Washington State sales tax) Bids received after the bid due date and time will not be considered. The District further reserves the right, but without obligation, to waive informalities and irregularities. No bid will be considered unless accompanied by a bid guaranty (certified or cashier's check, or surety bond or postal money order) payable to Lake Stevens Sewer District in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Total Bid Price. The project work is located in Lake Stevens, Snohomish County, WA. The purpose of this project is to: o Install approximately 43,575 linear feet of cured in place sanitary sewer mains in various sizes between 6-inches and 15-inches o Install grout into approximately 450 lateral connections o May require up to 700 gallons of chemical grout Project work also includes temporary traffic control, erosion and sedimentation control, bypass pumping, site restoration, and other associated work items. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents. Bids shall constitute offers to the District, which shall be binding for 90 days from the date of bid opening. District reserves the right to reject any bid, any portion of any bid and/or to reject all bids.
