The Port will embark on several large capital development projects for the Airfield Program to fulfill business goals, Century Agenda objectives, provide safe and efficient conditions for aircraft operations and meet Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements. The PORT invites written proposals from qualified firms, or teams of firms, interested in providing Airfield Program Design, Engineering, and Construction Support Services. The PORT intends on issuing one (1) project-specific contract as a result of this solicitation. The initial period of performance of any Agreement resulting from this solicitation is expected to be five (5) years. Amount: Not to Exceed (NTE) $28M Aspirational WMBE Goal 16% Question Deadline 12/30/2024 at 12:00 PM PT All questions must be submitted in writing to the PORT's Procurement Officer Victor Kravcenko Email: Kravcenko.v@portseattle.org Execute Agreement Week of April 6, 2025 The PORT reserves the right to reject any and all late proposals.
