Clare Public Schools is accepting proposals based upon the following bid division and industry standards set forth to complete the Roofing and Storefront Replacement. The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify the lowest most responsive bidders that are qualified to complete their respective bid divisions scope in accordance with all applicable laws, codes, rules, and regulations. The overall lowest most qualified bidder will be determined during post bid interviews. This RFP allows and requires submitting contractors to assist in final design and product selection when submitting the most accurate complete compensative proposal.
