Site work for a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Supply of labour, equipment, and materials to construct new platforms wayfinding tiles and remove the existing wayfinding tiles with all repairs and associated work in accordance with the Contract Documents. The scope also includes the construction of top of stair tactile tiles where indicated. General 1.1 the Requirements of Division 01, General Requirements, Apply to and Govern All Aspects of the Work. Work Described in This Specification is Divided Into Sections That Are Not Intended to Identify Trade Scopes of Work or Contractual Relationships or Boundaries. 1.1.2 the Contractor is Solely Responsible for Organizing the Division of Labour and the Supply of Products and Services Essential for the Detailed Coordination and Execution of the Work in Accordance With the Contract Documents. 2 Location of the Work 2.1 the Work is Located at TTC's Wilson Subway Station at 570 Wilson Avenue, Toronto, Ontario and at Lawrence West Subway Station Located at 665 Lawrence Avenue West, Toronto, Ontario. 3 Scope of Work 3.1 the Work of This Contract, Designated A60-39-wilson and Lawrence West Stations Stations Platforms Wayfinding Tiles Upgrade, Consists of: the Supply of Labour, Equipment, and Materials to Construct New Platforms Wayfinding Tiles and Remove the Existing Wayfinding Tiles With All Repairs and Associated Work in Accordance With the Contract Documents. The Scope Also Includes the Construction of the Top of Stair Tactile Tiles Where Indicated. 3.2 Designated Substances and Pcbs Survey Report: 3.2.1 Refer to the Designated Substances and Pcbs Survey Report Appended to the Contract Documents as Appendix 1 for Wilson Station and Appendix 2 for Lawrence West Station and as Indicated in Sections 01 57 19 and 01 59 00 and Prepare the Site for Safe Construction Operations Prior to Engaging in Other Work, as Required by Governing Legislation. 3.2.2 Safely Remove and Dispose of Designated Substances and Hazardous Materials as Required, in Accordance With Governing Legislation, and the Requirements of Authorities Having Jurisdiction. Should Concealed or Unknown Conditions Be Found to Vary From Those Identified in the Designated Substances and Pcbs Survey Report, Notify TTC Immediately. The Bidder shall complete and submit an executed Agreement to Bond, in a form satisfactory to TTC for the provision of a Performance Bond and a Labour and Material Payment Bond, each for a sum equal to at least 50% of its Total Bid Price and in the form required by TTC.
