The City has identified the storm drains from PLUs and is looking for a Consultant/Contractor to determine and provide recommendations and for full capture systems that meet the requirements of the State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board). The bidder will provide a lump sum bid price for the procument of the trash capture systems at all locations, with all components necessary for the installation, including any hardware and necessary assessories included in the bid price.
