**As of February 19, 2025, project was awarded toZaluzny Excavating Corporation, awarded amount is $1,649,800.95 Town of Springfield (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Water Works System Improvements, Contract I3. The Project includes the following Work: Installation of approximately 3,000 linear feet of new 4", 6", 8", and 12" water line and appurtenances including new hydrants, valves, water services, and curb stops on Wall Street, Bridge Street, Franklin Street, and Mill Road. Installation of a jack-and-bore water main crossing of Vermont Route 106. Appurtenant work including traffic control, EPSC measures, trench pavement repair, site repair/restoration/cleanup, and miscellaneous work.
