Demolition, remodeling and renovation of an educational facility in Palmyra, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
Renovations to the existing District Office Area at Palmyra Area High School and 2 additional classrooms adjacent to the Counseling Suite.Portions of the existing building included in the renovations are 2-story at the counseling suite expansion and 1-story at the existing district office renovation area. A majority of the work associated with the project is interior renovations with minimal impact to the existing structure. Work includes but is not limited to selective demolition, Interior renovations, select structural work, exterior metal panels, existing built-up roofing system will receive new coating system as per Tremco warranty requirements. For a full scope of work please see the project documents. NTP: January 24, 2025 Anticipated start date: March 1, 2025 Compleation: August 2025 This project is bidding as a multi-prime project. Sitework, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical contractors are required to bid directly to the owner. Unit Prices & Allowances are associated with this project.
