Renovation of a municipal facility in Napa, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project includes but is not limited to HVAC replacement, roof replacement, and new paint on the building exterior at 2751 Napa Valley Corporate Drive, Napa, CA 94559. Engineer's Estimate: $6,330,000. The Contractor shall possess a Class "B" license at the time of contract award. Bids are required for the entire work called for by the Plans and Specifications, and neither partial nor contingent bids will be considered. Bids must be valid for 90 days from the date of bid opening. The Contractor shall possess a Class "B" license at the time of contract award. The Contractor and any and all subcontractors shall be registered with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations (Public Works Contractor [PWC] Registration) at the time of award. A bid guarantee in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall accompany the bid. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price and a Labor and Material Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price with good and sufficient surety. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
