The work to be done under this contract consists of the construction of approximately 268 lineal feet of pipe sewers, varying from 6 to 8 in diameter and appurtenances to be constructed. Located north of Interstate 44 and east of S. Rock Hill Road, in the City of Webster Groves, Missouri. Bids will be received only from companies that are prequalified by the Districts Engineering Department for Deep Sewer Construction. The contractor shall commence work within ten 10 days after the date of written notice from the District to begin ad shall complete all work within 120 calendar days . The proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or cashiers check on a bank or trust company in St. Louis County or in the City of St. Louis or by a bidders bond, for an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the bid amount as bid security to the District.
