The work includes the removal of all existing layers of roofing down to the existing metal deck. Removal of all coping, wall flashings, curb flashings, and other flashings. Installing new R30 rigid insulation, cover board, fully adhered roof membrane, walk pad, wall flashings, pipe flashings curb flashing and metal flashing. Paint all existing gas lines, remove abandoned fan units and curbs and other task as indicated in the Construction Documents.
