Installation of Appliances, Countertops, Cabinets, and Sink. The City of South Daytona, Florida, is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive kitchen remodeling services for the Fire Department. The objective of this project is to enhance the existing cooking and food preparation facilities, ensuring they meet current standards for safety, functionality, and efficiency. The remodel will include the installation of a microwave above the stove, replacement of existing cabinets and countertops, installation of a deep single sink, inclusion of a six-burner stovetop oven, and installation of commercial-grade refrigeration equipment, specifically a refrigerator and freezer. Intent to Award is a document that informs the public and respondents of the City's decision to award a contract pursuant to a previously issued competitive solicitation. Scope of Work means a description of the work activities, deliverables, and/or timeline that a vendor must execute in terms of delivering specific commodities or in performance of contractual services. In accordance with section 255.05, Florida Statutes, the Bidder, if awarded the Contract and the bid amount is $100,000 or more, shall execute and file acceptable performance and payment bonds equal to 100% of the contract price within ten (10) days after written notice of the award of contract. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for opening of bids.
