As of February 26, 2026, project awarded. Santa Fe Community College invites proposals from qualified providers to submit a proposal for the requested scope of work for evaluation by SFCC and possible award if approved. For purposes of identification and clarity within this RFP, the term "COLLEGE" shall refer to Santa Fe Community College (SFCC), and the term "OFFEROR" shall refer to the RFP respondents. Please carefully read the instructions, specifications, and SFCC Standard Terms and Conditions, because failure to comply therewith may result in an offer being classified as unresponsive, disqualified or negatively evaluated. New Mexico civil and criminal law prohibit bribes, gratuities, and kickbacks. Santa Fe Community College (SFCC/Owner) is seeking Owner's Representative services (O.R.) for the renovation of the West Wing and Main Entrance to create a new Student Hub including Way Finding for Main Campus (collectively referred to as the 'Student Hub' project). This request for proposal documents the required specifications, and terms and conditions. It also provides instructions for responding. Please carefully read all information herein. Proposals should be organized in a format that promotes the easy and clear evaluation of your offer. Failure to comply with RFP may result in your proposal being classified as non-responsive or being negatively evaluated. Offerors may present additional features not listed below, but which may be of value to SFCC. The 2021 Institutional Master Plan for SFCC finds that current enrollment trends show there is little to no need for additional square footage of facilities for the college, rather, as the buildings on the main campus age, and usage changes, there is an opportunity to redevelop within the existing footprint of the buildings and meet the expectations of a 21st century higher education provider. The purpose of the Student Hub is to create a cohesive space for student needs and activities. The initial program for this project includes: A. Consolidating Student Services B. Renovating the 100s, 200s and 300s (approx.150,000 gsf) C. Creating a new Entry Pavilion D. Providing a Way Finding system and signage for the campus SFCC is requesting proposals from qualified Offerors to provide Owner's Representative services (O.R.) for the 'Student Hub' project. The Owner's Representative (O.R.) shall actively participate as a member of the Project Team to oversee and advise the Owner throughout the design and construction process along with representatives of SFCC, the Architect and the Contractor by completing the following duties and responsibilities: This newly envisioned space shall also align with and be informed by SFCC's Strategic Plan, its mission, vision, and values. It shall acknowledge the overall character, structure, and physical form of the campus and transform the student experience, acknowledging the realities of the campus environment, fiscal constraints, and a broad campus constituency SFCC reserves the right to cancel without penalty, this RFP, the resultant contract/purchase order, or any portion thereof for convenience, unsatisfactory performance, or unavailability of funds. Offeror shall attach and made a condition of this Bid the following: A. Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond. B. In accordance with the New Mexico Subcontractors Fair Practice Act of 1988, a list of Subcontractors.
