This project consists of Curb & Gutter replacement at various locations citywide. The intent of this project is to replace the curb and gutter with Combined Curb & Gutter (Type Varies) without damaging the existing adjacent and/or abutting sidewalks or drive approaches. Question Deadline 01/03/2025-All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documentsshall be submitted only through the City of Topeka's e-Procurement System at least 10 calendar days prior to the opening of Bids. The Work will be substantially completed within 40 days from the date when the Contract Time commences to run as provided in paragraph 2.3 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for Final Completion and payment within 7 days from the date when Substantial Completion is certified by the Engineer and in accordance with paragraph 14.13 of the General Conditions. All bids must be accompanied by a cashier s check or a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid (including alternates), made payable to the City of Topeka, Kansas. Docs notes : Copies of the project drawings and project manual are on file and open for public inspection at the office from which they may be obtained and the office of the Contracts & Procurement Division.
