Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Vidalia, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Project Introduction: The Sweet Onion Golf Authority ("SOGA") requests qualifications and bids for the construction of Warmouth Sands Golf Course Clubhouse, Driving Range Facility, Ball Dispenser Building, and associated civil site development located on Ezra Taylor Road in Vidalia, GA 30474. SOGA is a Public Agency that operates under the City of Vidalia and is providing oversight for the project from start to finish. Any information submitted to SOGA is subject to the Open Records Act of the State of Georgia. SOGA will take reasonable efforts to protect any information marked "confidential." It is understood, however, that SOGA will have no liability for disclosure of such information. Any proprietary or otherwise sensitive information contained in or with any submittal is subject to potential disclosures. Project Description: The Club House is a 1-story, 1,674 heated (and cooled) and 1,785 unheated square foot structure. The Driving Range Facility is a combined 1 and 2-story open, 5,674 unheated square foot structure. The Ball Dispenser Building is a 1-story, 157 heated (only) and 55 unheated square foot structure. Bonding Requirements: The following bonds and amounts are required to be held by the Contractor until project is complete. These costs are to be included in the base bid. Bid Bond - 5% of Contract Amount Performance Bond - 100% of Contract Amount Payment Bond - 100% of Contract Amount. All prices submitted shall be valid for 90 days Construction Commencement 07/23/2025 02/03/2025 at 5:00 PM - Notice of Bid Award The City reserves the right to cancel the solicitation at any time prior to the approval of the award. The City reserves the right to request clarification of information submitted and to request additional information from any or all proposers. Parking lot construction including grading, paving, erosion control measures, construction of +/- 3 concrete flumes, +/- 863 of concrete curb and gutter, +/- 382 SY of 4" sidewalks, handicap ramps, +/- 2,001 SY graded aggregate base course, +/- 220 TN of 9.5mm RAC Superpave, signage, striping, and all other necessary appurtenances for a complete job.
