Project Description: The Springfield Utility Board has a number of projects planned during the 2025 year that require architectural, engineering and engineering-related services. To facilitate the design and construction of these projects, SUB will select a number of consultants and negotiate price agreements for specific services through 2025 with the option to extend up to 2 years’ dependent upon performance. For reference, SUB anticipates that the sum of these contracts in 2025 will not exceed $1,085,000. Contracts for 2026 have yet to be determined. No guarantee of task award is made in this solicitation. The tasks may vary across the entire range of A/E services. Springfield Utility Board may reject any SOQs not in compliance with all prescribed procedures and requirements, and may reject, for good cause, any or all SOQs upon finding that it is in the public interest to do so.
