It is the bidder's responsibility to confirm bid has been received. Response shall be made on the enclosed forms. Failure to do so may result in disqualification. Bid Price: Price shall be firm and not subject to escalation / de-escalation Price(s) shall be honored by the bidder for no less than 30 days after the bid opening date. Please furnish prices with freight included, FOB destination, and shipping date(s) for the following. Indicate manufacturer and part number of items quoted. Springfield Utility Board reserves the right to: -Order any or all items from one or more suppliers; -Waive minor irregularities not affecting substantial rights; -Increase or diminish quantities; and -Reject any or all bids. Delivery instructions per SUB Specification MSS3115. Switches shall be tarped and delivered on flatbed truck only. Items that must be unloaded by SUB personnel shall be delivered in a manner that is easily accessible from a forklift working at ground level. There is no loading dock. Notification of delivery shall be made two (2) working days prior by calling Seth Coffin 541-915-3683. If no answer, call 541- 228-0264 Brandon.
