**As of February 19, 2025, project was awarded to FaciliTech Construction Group, Inc. in the amount of $237,700. but unable to locate the company both in crm and google. $600,000 for the project cost. Remove the existing roof systems and certain sheet metal components from the roofs on the entire library structure. 2. Loosen/remove roof decking to allow the installation of spray foam insulation and vent baffles in certain areas. 3. Reinstall roof decking, performing any required replacements and/or repairs to the decking as needed. 4. Furnish and install new self adhered granular surfaced modified bitumen low slope roof system. 5. Furnish and install new asphalt shingle roofing and flashings. 6. Furnish and install new eave and roof ventilation components. 7. Furnish and install new gutters and downspouts. 8. Furnish and install new safety railings atop cooling tower. 9. Furnish and install replacement roof-top heating cables. It is anticipated the Project shall commence on or about Spring 2025 and shall be completed within 45 calendar days.
