Demolition, remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Silverdale, Washington. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
The Contractor shall provide labor and equipment, as required, to accomplish the following work in accordance with the statements herein; Replace Remote Mount Refrigeration units on the roof and Air Handler in B/7445, including server room unit. Will also include Exhaust Fan 2 replacement. Component replacement may include but not limited to electrical distribution panels, addressable interface devices, manual disconnects, notification appliances, smoke detectors, heat detectors, and monitor modules. Install DDC associated cabinets and program components. The project requirements will be discussed in the Work Description section. Escorts are required.
