In general, the Services outlined in the RFP consist of providing enforcement tools to the Columbus Police Department (CPD), as well as working with the Engineering Department and CPD on new parking management strategies. Strategies may include "virtual chalking" of tires, paid parking (with some free time per day), or other strategies. Question Deadline 01/20/2025 at 12:00 PM ET At the City's discretion, to further assist in its evaluation, one or more responding Offerors may be requested to participate in discussions or negotiations. The City may accept any Bid as submitted, or alternatively may negotiate with Offerors on the scope of services, specifications, contract terms, or any other aspect of the RFP. The City reserves the right to reject and/or cancel any and all Bids or Proposals, and/or to waive any informalities, solicitations and/or offers in whole or in part as specified in the solicitation when it is not in the best interests of the governmental body as determined by the purchasing agency in accordance with IC 5-22-18-2. The City of Columbus exclusively uses Ion Wave for the notification and dissemination of all solicitations. The receipt of solicitations through any other means may result in the receipt of incomplete specifications and/or addendums, which could ultimately render the bid/proposal non-compliant. The City of Columbus accepts no responsibility for the receipt and/or notification of solicitations through any other means.
