The Lawn Care and Grounds Maintenance scope of services is for 22 months January 13, 2025 through November 30, 2026. Based on 35 mows per year with flexibility to adjust for fewer/additional services in accordance with weather. The corporation will consider scope of services as a total package and separate packages to allow for greater opportunity. The corporation reserves the right to accept the base bid (all areas involved), or a combination within the 18 areas that make up the total area. CONTRACT: A contract, or contracts, will be awarded on Monday, January 6, 2025 to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder, complying with the conditions of the instructions to Bidders and Advertisements for Public Bids. The Owner, however, reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and waive any informalities, discrepancies, omissions, variances, or irregularities in bids received in its sole discretion. If a contract is awarded, it will be to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder in accordance with Indianas Public Work Projects Act, Indiana Code 36-1-12. The bidder agrees to hold open its bid for a minimum of sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening.
