Edmonds Highlands Site Improvements Housing Authority of Snohomish County (HASCO) is soliciting bids for the project known as: EDMONDS HIGHLANDS SITE IMPROVEMENTS. The property is owned by HASCO, and is located at: 23326 Edmonds Way Edmonds, WA 98026. Scope: Concrete pads / stairs, railings, canopy structure, driveway aprons, asphalt, misc Budget Estimate: $265,000 Bids shall only be accepted from those attending and listed on the sign in sheet. Prospective bidders must comply with applicable labor standards and the Washington State Prevailing Wage determination for each job classification. Prospective bidders must complete and return their bid in accordance with Instructions to Bidders by the bid due date. Each bidder must deposit with their bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders. Contractors failing to meet the requirements may be considered nonresponsive / non-responsible HASCO is an equal opportunity employer. HASCO encourages minority and women owned businesses to apply.
