Dublin Park Pool Repairs The City of Madison, Alabama invites interested contractors to submit sealed bids to the above noted address for the award of a contract to complete specified repairs to the kiddie pool located at Dublin Park. 1. Replace/repair cracked plaster - The current plaster has multiple cracks and blemishes, and areas of the plaster are chipped causing water to seep out. 2. Replace water-line tile - The tiles have multiple cracks and blemishes, and a few are chipped causing water to continuously seep out. 3. Fill in gaps between the coping and decking - Filling in the gaps will help to prevent rainwater from collecting behind and under the plaster which causes it to erode faster. 4. Replace VGB main drain covers - Current drain covers are out of date and need to be brought up to code. 5. Adding a depth marker to the kiddie pool - To allow the public to see how deep the kiddie pool is. Expected completion date is May 1, 2025. Each bidder is responsible for mailing or hand delivering its bid so that it will be received at the above address and location at or before the time of the specified bid opening; bids received after that time will not be considered.
