Site work for a civil project in Tualatin, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of November 10, 2025, project has been awarded. Requests proposals from qualified professionals to provide underground utility locating services for water, storm water, wastewater, and fiber optic facilities within the right of way. No proposal will be considered unless fully completed in a manner provided in the Request for Proposals ("RFP") document. Pre-qualification of proposers is not required. All proposers are required to comply with the provisions of Oregon Revised Statutes and Local Contract Review Board (LCRB) Policy. The City may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all proposals upon a finding of the City if it is in the public interest to do so. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
