Scope of Work Flagler County Board of County Commissioners is requesting proposals for providing equipment and related software/support for connectivity to the internet. This falls under the E-Rate program administered by the Universal Service Administrative Co. (USAC) with oversight from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). This is for a new library location that the Bunnell Branch Library facility will be moving to. The new location is currently under construction on Commerce Pkwy in Bunnell. The FCPL - Bunnell Branch is currently located at 4601 E Moody Blvd Suite F1, Bunnell, Florida 32110. This facility is a 1500 Sq Ft facility with only 3 public computers and one WiFi access point. Necessary network firewalls and security for the small facility is in place. The new location that the Bunnell Branch will be moving to is being constructed on Commerce Pkwy is 12,000 Sq Ft and will have a fiber-optic internet connection. Thenew location will be offering more library services with additional usage/foot traffic than the current location. The Section 7 pricing table includes networking equipment to facilitate the additional expected capacity. Question Submission Deadline: January 17, 2025, 5:00pm The requested contracted equipment and related software/support should be implemented between July 1st, 2025 and November 1st, 2025, dependent upon construction timelines.
