The Flagler County Board of County Commissioners is solicitating bids for a Shipping Container Kitchen to be designed, constructed, and installed at the Bull Creek Campground, located at 3861 W CR 2006, Bunnell, FL. This project includes site preparation, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, equipment installation, and final inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Objectives To construct a fully functional commercial 960 sq ft shipping container kitchen that meets local health codes and industry standards. To ensure the kitchen layout maximizes efficiency and workflow. To install high-quality kitchen equipment suitable for commercial food preparation. To complete the project within the agreed timeframe and budget. This Scope of Work serves as a guideline for the successful execution of the commercial kitchen project. All parties involved are expected to adhere to the outlined tasks and responsibilities to ensure timely completion and compliance with industry standards.
