Contractor shall supply one (1) class 1 reconditioned substitution breaker, deliver, perform testing, install, commission, and assist to put breaker into service. Goods should be delivered no later than 2 June 2025 and shall be delivered to the following address: Glen Cairn Drinking Water Pumping Station 26A Lombardo Dr Ottawa, Ontario, Canada K2L 4C7 Arrange and pay for Hydro Ottawa isolation of 27.6kV outdoor switchgear, hold isolation guarantee, safely isolate and de-energize and make safe. Remove broken insulated rod off switchgear arm, measure, and take-off information as necessary provide a quote for repair along with shop drawings of broken part. Provide 6 spare insulated arms. Refer to photos in appendices for pictures of the broken part. Commercial General Liability insurance issued on an occurrence basis for an amount of not less than $5,000,000 per occurrence for any negligent acts or omissions by the Contractor. Such insurance shall include, but is not limited to, bodily injury, death and property damage including loss of use: premises, property and operations liability; products and broad form completed operations liability; blanket contractual liability; cross liability; severability of interest clause; contingent employers liability; personal injury liability; owner's and contractor's protective coverage; non-owned automobile liability; broad form property damage; employees as additional Insured; occurrence property damage.
