**As of March 16th, 2026, the project was awarded to Don Weston Excavating, Inc, but the awarded amount is not available.** Chittenden Solid Waste District (CSWD) herein called the Project Owner, invites bids for approximately 3,010 linear feet water main extension on Redmond Road in Williston, Vermont. Construction commencement is anticipated for April 13th, 2026, with substantial completion by May 22nd, 2026. The project is still working with the Town of Williston to allow the use of C900 PVC water pipe. CSWD would like all Bidders to provide an Alternate price for replacing the ductile Iron line with C900 PVC in the project scope. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 calendar days after opening thereof. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
